Giordy staff Giordana Caputo is the CEO of the Community Media Training Organisation. An experienced broadcaster, producer, journalist and trainer, Giordana was a long-term worker and management team member of Brisbane’s 4ZZZ where she managed community development and training projects aimed at empowering and engaging marginalised groups through the media. She earned a degree in Journalism from the Queensland University of Technology, has a Certificate IV in training and assessment (TAE40110), produced content for a range of media organisations including FBi, 4ZZZ, SBS Radio, Rave Magazine, The Australian Ballet and Media Monitors Australia.
 Emma staff Emma Couch is the National Training Manager at the Community Media Training Organisation. Emma has a strong history in Community Radio. She started out volunteering at Koori Radio and spent five years at Radio Skid Row in various roles including Board Member and Producer. Emma came to the CMTO from the CBAA where she organised a number of events, including the CBAA Conference and Awards and the CBAA Webinar Program.
Kevin staff Kevin Klehr is the Head Trainer at the Community Media Training Organisation. Kevin has worked across media, in radio, television and online, for both the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and voluntarily in community media. From research, production and editing roles with Radio National documentaries to independent TV productions, he brings much hands-on experience to his role as Head Trainer. Kevin is usually in the office Wednesday through to Friday.

Heli staff

 Heli Newton is the Pathways Coordinator and Administrative Officer at the Community Media Training Organisation.  For over 5 years, Heli has volunteered at FBi Radio in broadcasting music specialist programs (Utility Fog, Ears Have Ears: Unexplored Territories In Sound, Dusty Fingers) and contributed as a producer of the station's arts program, Canvas. Aside from his contributions to community radio, Heli's spare time revolves around arranging and writing pop and experimental/ambient music.
Maddy staff2

 Maddy Macquine is the Communications Assistant at the Community Media Training Organisation. Maddy has volunteered in community radio since the age of 18, starting as a producer on 2SER FM (The Daily) and soon after moving to 2RRR as a presenter (Youth Jukebox, Big Breakfast, Milkshake) and marketing/web content assistant. She holds a Bachelor of Sound and Music Design from the University of Technology, Sydney and spends her spare time making radio and playing with synthesisers.
