giordy edited Giordana Caputo is the CEO of the Community Media Training Organisation. An experienced broadcaster, producer, journalist and trainer, Giordana was a long-term worker and management team member of Brisbane’s 4ZZZ where she managed community development and training projects aimed at empowering and engaging marginalised groups through the media. She earned a degree in Journalism from the Queensland University of Technology, has a Certificate IV in training and assessment (TAE40110), produced content for a range of media organisations including FBi, 4ZZZ, SBS Radio, Rave Magazine, The Australian Ballet and Media Monitors Australia. This email address is being protected from spambots.  Emma Emma Couch is the National Training Manager at the Community Media Training Organisation. Emma has a strong history in Community Radio. She started out volunteering at Koori Radio and spent five years at Radio Skid Row in various roles including Board Member and Producer. Emma came to the CMTO over from the CBAA where she organised a number of events, including the CBAA Conference and Awards and the CBAA Webinar Program. Kevin Profile Pic Kevin Klehr is the Head Trainer at the Community Media Training Organisation. Kevin has worked across media, in radio, television and on-line, for both the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and voluntarily in community media. From research, production and editing roles with Radio National documentaries to independent TV productions, he brings much hands-on experience to his role as Head Trainer.  Heli Newton is the Pathways Coordinator and Administrative Officer at the Community Media Training Organisation.  For over 5 years, Heli has volunteered at FBi Radio in broadcasting music specialist programs (Utility Fog, Ears Have Ears: Unexplored Territories In Sound, Dusty Fingers) and contributed as a producer of the station's arts program, Canvas.  greta  Greta Balog is the Communications Assistant at the Community Media Training Organisation. Greta has a number of years experience as a broadcaster on community radio, freelance arts journalist (Thump, Vice, Happy, UTS Vertigo Magazine) and event coordinator (BAD Festival). In 2016 Greta appeared as a guest on Music NSW panel 'We Need To Talk About Sydney'. Greta works on Fridays at CMTO and is also a casual Broadcast Technician at SBS.
